The Ministry of Defence

The MOD’s requirements remain constant, Guaranteed longevity, ease of maintenance, price sensitivity. Concrete pods were chosen for the 500 installed at the Lucknow Barracks in Tidworth – one of the MOD’s most modern sites. These quality concrete pods are highly resilient as well as being cost-effective. For use by the NCOs, the pods were given fully tiled floors and ceilings.

Portsmouth Hospital

Portsmouth NHS Trust decided that individual patient bedrooms and ensuite facilities were their optimum standard. The 200 concrete pods were installed in record time and included tiled floors and painted walls for ease of maintenance.

Universities

Universities and bespoke student accommodation providers remain a major client for our fibreglass pods. In conjunction with our manufacturing partners we have placed, maintain and service in excess of 30,000 units.

Ongoing support to these clients is paramount and continues to be provided through our nationwide team of home based engineers and dedicated subcontractors.

Universities, including many strategically placed former polytechnics, are increasingly looking to the conference market during student holidays. Providing a pod to meet the needs of two distinctly different client bases necessitates innovative ideas and designs. Ensuite and its manufacturing partners continue to lead the market by always striving to exceed client expectations.

Current projects will see Ensuite Solutions break its existing record of “60 pods per week to Hertfordshire University”, as at least one ongoing project is scheduled for delivery of “120 pods per week”

Speed of manufacture and installation really isn’t an issue for Ensuite Solutions who’s manufacturing partners have a joint capacity to manufacture and deliver in excess of 17,000 pods per year.
