Steel Pods

Our steel frame prefabricated pods are perfect where traditional design values are important but there are weight constraints or design specific requirements. Steel pods weigh approximately half that of Concrete pods of similar shape and dimensions but can still accommodate the same interior finishes and specification.

Interior options include; High pressure laminate (HPL), Ceramic tiles, PVC or traditional paint finish. The leak-proof floor trays and wall sections are constructed from a combination of materials, secured to a fully treated modular steel frame. One hour fire rating and 40db sound protection are easily achieved. Typical locations include hotels of all star ratings, student accommodation, hospitals, care and retirement homes and private apartment blocks.
