Our manufacturing partners produce pods to Ensuite Solutions Ltd specifications. Manufacturing within quality monitored environments, to ISO 9002 standards.

Architects and contractors appreciate our expert advice, support and after-sales service. They further appreciate that all of the brassware, ceramics, lighting, etc, meets the relevant UK approval and all future spares and replacement parts, are available in the UK. Electrics to BS 7671 (17th Edition of the IEE), and Plumbing to BS 6760 are mandatory on all pods supplied via Ensuite Solutions Ltd

When contacted by a client, our first task is to ascertain the most appropriate type of pod construction for their project. Working within a site specific brief we frequently provide added value to the design, delivery and long term housekeeping criteria.

Concrete Pods

These pods are excellent where weight is not a consideration or where clients want a more traditional look. We offer either a selection of pre-designed concrete units or a bespoke solution to accommodate the most specific of design considerations.

Fibreglass Pods

Fibreglass (glass reinforced polyester or GRP) pods are perfect where a contemporary design flavour is appropriate because as well as being extremely lightweight they are also durable, reliable and cost-effective.

Steel Pods

Our steel panel prefabricated pods are perfect where traditional design values are important but there are weight constraints or where savings are needed on construction costs

PETG Thermoplastic Pods

These innovative lightweight pods combine enhanced “Green” credentials with many of the benefits of GRP, e.g. cost effective, ease of maintenance and suitable for refurbishment or new build projects. PETG is 100% recyclable, fire resistant class M2 F1, and extremely contemporary in design. All of which make these pods an interesting alternative lightweight pod.
