When we are contacted by a client, our first task is to advise them on the type of pod construction that would be most appropriate for their purposes. There are three choices.

These pods are excellent where weight is not a consideration or where clients want a more traditional look. We offer either a selection of pre-designed concrete units or a bespoke solution to accommodate the most specific of design considerations. The interior finishes on the walls of these units can range from a simple painted surface to ceramic tiles of the clients specification right up to the highest quality marble tiled finish. Our steel panel prefabricated pods are perfect where traditional design values are important but there are weight constraints or where savings are needed on construction costs. Steel pods weigh approximately half that of the concrete ones but can still accommodate the same interior finishes as the concrete pod. There is also the additional option of an extremely hardwearing PVC as an alternative to a paint finish. The leak-proof floor trays and wall sections are constructed from zinc stoved enameled steel or stainless steel in a sandwich-type construction and a special non-combustible feldspar wool provides the sound and insulation shield needed. The PVC coated ceiling elements have integrated lighting and ventilation facilities.
