Our steel panel prefabricated pods are perfect where traditional design values are important but there are weight constraints or where savings are needed on construction costs. Steel pods weigh approximately half that of the concrete ones but can still accommodate the same interior finishes as the concrete pod. There is also the additional option of an extremely hardwearing PVC as an alternative to a paint finish. The leak-proof floor trays and wall sections are constructed from zinc stoved enameled steel or stainless steel in a sandwich-type construction and a special non-combustible feldspar wool provides the sound and insulation shield needed. The PVC coated ceiling elements have integrated lighting and ventilation facilities.

Typical locations include hotels of all star ratings, student accommodation, hospitals, care and retirement homes and private apartment blocks.
